Weekend in Wine Country

You thought the 1/2 was incredible...welcome to Ironman Canada!


2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike, topped off with a nice marathon. Spectating and cheering seem more fun to me, though Jeff was itching to race. At least he was there to fix and adjust the bikes.
